Does anyone know what error code # 105 means? Tractor is running pretty hot too. I know its a really hot day outside today. I am gonna let it cool down for a few hours and check all the fluids and clean the air filter. Just curious to know what error #105 means.

I had the tractor for almost 6 years. I must say I had little trouble with this tractor. I drained the coolant for the first time. I think that was the biggest problem. I think I should be changing all the hydraulic filiter too, I guess I'm overdue for some maintenance. The condensate from the air conditoning is a problem with my tractor since new. It gets an air lock and leaks out the vents sometimes. It can get very humid here. My best feature is the transmission's very smooth operation. I have the earliest version of this tractor, which is not full CVT. There was some software glitches in the begining, but the dealer gave me a 6490 as a loner. Boy I missed my tractor, I don't really care for the powershift (its ok but my Dyna-VT is much better). Luckly I got it back within a couple days. Let me know if you have any other questions.

I know they out larger tubes in and put extra insulation on the roof. Maybe I 'll check if there is a loop in the tubes. is it hard to remove the corner posts? I have drain tubes on both sides of the cab. I know as soon as I turn the tractor off the water just pours out of the drain tubes. I use to think once it starts to drain It will be OK, but not if it is a really hot humid day.

Thanks for the input harsh, do you know what error code 105 means?

This tube is not in the front corner posts, it is in the next one back on the left hand side. Had many of these making rain and when the cab fan was shut off the front ones would drain. The rearward ones are a vent so that a vaccum in the cooling box in the roof doesn't get created. Just pull off the plastic cover on the B post and you will see what I mean, it's a 15 minute job.

Error code 105 could mean one of three things, inlet temp to high, inlet temp sensor low (open circuit) or inlet emp sensor high (short). If the code persists when the machine is cold, it will be a temp sensor failure or wire that is loose etc. The Boost and temp sensor are combined ( they are one ).
Hope this helps

To prevent the air conditioning water drain tube valves from becoming blocked with dust and preventing water drainage, the valve has been replaced with a looped tube. Remove factory installed drain valve assembly and tube from both sides. To gain access to valves remove the center pillar post covers on both right and left sides. Also, remove cab roof a/c access cover to remove hose from a/c unit. Install new drain tubes on each side of the cab and make a loop in the right and left center post areas. Reinstall all covers.
