Asking this question for a another guy, he has a 2000 R62 and the lights will go out then come back on in a few minutes. No other issues except the field lights. He's looked in the book and can't find a circuit breaker anywhere in the lighting circuit and if he removes one of the bulbs they will stay on and not go off. I searched old threads but didn't find one that dealt with just the field lights going out when it came to electrical issues.

Have ya looked at the battery supply cables under the passenger side of the cab? I had a problem with intermintent lights during wheat harvest. I tightened up the posts and no more problems. Good luck!
