Has anyone tried seeding/planting tillage radish in Pea stubble prior to wheat? Harvest Peas in mid-late august, seed tillage radish, then plant HRSW next spring? two things it would do, have some cover on the ground because the pea stubble will be virtually nothing, and recover nutrients and supply them to the wheat during the season.
