Our Topcon x35 runs our pack master on our Morris quantum drill. Every time we loose signal or have no gps the drill raises out of the ground. We are going to route the GPS signal from the auto steer into the topcon when the cabling arrives. Any thought on how to get around this till we can input a better gps signal.

And what kind of tractor is X35 in? Just my experience but you need a way better corrected signal than Waas to seed with X35 and using section control with any success unless you’re willing to have lots of misses and overlap.
Waas is really good at drifting 2-5ft just in the time it takes to fill air cart.

Waas is painful but as long as you stay on top of shifting it it’s not going to hurt you other than can’t really run true implement width like you can on rtk.
Not sure why your loosing speed source but as a backup you can always run manual speed on the topcon say 4.5 and then try your best to pull it 4.5. That keeps you rolling if you can’t solve it.

A mechanic came out from the dealer that I bought the cart from and with the help from Morris they were able to deactivate the sectional control feature which I was not using and it eliminated the need for gps to raise and lower the drill in the ground With Packmaster. Dumbfarmer when you deactivate pack aster do you just set thing by psi and if so do you feel the psi is better than pack master?
