Remember a firm out of Quebec was promoting reversing fans since 20 years ago at ag trade shows, guess industry slowly catching the little guy.

Massey introduced reversing fans on combines, on the 9540 and 9560 combines in 2012.. Major reason I bought one.. my rads have never been blown/washed out.

MF swathers since 2012 and combines since 2012 have had it reversing fans!!! I've never had to clean a radiator on any of them .

Ya the rad and area is always clean. Most equipment now it’s an option so a lot don’t have but fendt (on their combines anyways) all have it i beleive. Also best stereo in farm equipment hands down. has a 10 inch kicker sub with an amp and has subwoofer control right the the armrest. If u don’t feel like base u turn it down. I don’t know how all manufacturers don’t have deadly stereos. I know John Deere premium stereo is not to bad but make it standard not a ****en option. New Holland/Case is like somethjng out of the 90’s, absolutely brutal. Hopefully they upgrade their stereos on the next cabs cause a guy spends a lot of time in there.

An old beat up single speaker am radio from a 1980's era shop would sound better than the Claas stereo.

Ya, I just don’t understand just a little cheap thing like that is just a little more icing on the old cupcakes. and radio reception brutal, I think I could pick up more stations with a tinfoil hat then most of these combines

I suppose if the speakers were outside the cab it might be worse.
I yard demoed the new cab ‘23 (checked out Dynamic steering) didn’t turn the radio on, previous model so bad I never use it so never thought of it.
Reception is also terrible so I bluetoothed phone and listened to Radioplayer app, that part worked excellent but sound so poor I only endured it for a short afternoon.

Heard a couple of Bluetooth phone calls while riding in a friends X9, the sound on that was better than my ‘22 Ford Limited pickup.
Likely same for radio.

Reminds me of the old AM radio in the Claas dominator when I was a kid. Thing used to pick up stations from other states when it got dark.
Nowadays when your going the wrong way down the paddock you can’t even get clear AM or FM. 130-50kms from the station transmitter. ridiculous.

Hey guys just traded off one of mike mitchels poorly reviewed combines that I bought last year and took a new 10t with geringhoff 45 ft header. We want to do the same thing as last year all the pros and cons and breakdowns throughout the year. We run 7 new new Hollands and this new fendt. really liked that 9 and I hope this 10 is better yet. We’ll be starting harvest in the next few days and we’ll start posting some comments. One thing u Cant beat is 3 year bumper to bumper warranty with the option to add two more years full warranty. Jerry and the guys at kmk in humboult have been great so far and I hope this ideal is great. One thing is the 10t with tracks sits a little higher and more cleaning capacity then the 9’s witch I feel is actually more cleaning capacity then just horsepower like other models. 800 hp ready to put to the test this season.

Does the new 10 have the same modifications done to it, from the factory, that you and your man did to the 9 to make it work?
